Fawzi Abdul Rahman Al Jouder
Chief Executive Management
After taking his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA in 1977, Mr. Fawzi Abdul Rahman Al Jouder worked in J.I. Wisconsin till 1983 concurrently trying for his PhD. In 1985 he joined Kuwait Consulting & Investment Co. as its Projects Manager. Thenceforward, it has been a straight stride to better heights as General Manager from 1988 till date. He has testified to his versatility in managing the company affairs from consulting operations to execution of portfolios as per the director board discretions, controlling the cash flow and advising excess funds investments to representing the company for negotiations. He is a key player.
Fadhel Duaij Al Oun

Graduated in 1986 in BSc Industrial Engineering from Central New England College, Mass. Mr. Fadhel Duaij imbibed the spirit to take up challenges in his career only to win them. He has held several reputable positions from 1987 onwards in his brilliant career starting with Executive Accountant to Investment Analyst and Director of Investment Department. He has made several representations abroad as board member and chairman of several companies. He has contributed mightily to lead Al Mal to where it stands today.
Ahmad S. AlKhaled
AGM, Asset Management
14 years of work experience after his graduation from California State University, Long Beach in Computer Engineering in 1994 has made him a stalwart in his field. He started his career in 1995 as Investment Consultant/Advisor and became Asst. Deputy Director in Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED). He is holder of Director Board memberships in several companies, local and international, such as Vault Inc. USA, Credit Safe Norway, Venn Works USA, Brask & Co.UK etc. His contribution to Al Mal has been significant.
Adel Nasr
Financial Manager
Over 30 years of experience in highly regarded positions . He started his career in 1980 after graduating from Cairo University. He studied Accounting in the college of Commerce. Mr. Adel Nasr worked as an Audit Manager over 20 years and has banking experience over 7 years at the same time he was a consultant for al Kharafi Group.
