This department holds the portfolio of developing the products related to Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and trading & brokerage unit. It also manages Leveraged finance, coordinate due diligence requests either by sellers or buyers of equity shares in well-run companies, providing valuation services for stocks and shares simultaneously to facilitate mergers and acquisitions. The department will help customers raise funds, establish new companies providing them the necessary securities and underwriting services. In addition, it will enter upon negotiation on mergers, coordinate with bidders and can even subscribe to a security issuance in behalf of them.
Services such as technical, managerial as well financial restructuring also are being undertaken as a regular routine of the department.
